Hello everyone and happy spring of 2016! The early end of winter days has jumpstarted Spring as well as summer vacation planning for many. And while we would love to see you all again, we have decided to do another summer with just the Carriage House open and no breakfast. Our little Maizie is now one and is running, talking, and keeping us all very busy! We are also in the midst of a renovation of the porch and deck which were both in need of a major facelift. Country Potato Recipe From Our Cape Cod B&B

Posted by on Jul 8, 2014 in Belvedere Blog, Gluten Free Recipes | 0 comments

One of my favorite parts about running our Cape Cod B&B is creating great gluten free menus that everyone can enjoy. A frequent crowd pleaser is a savory dish of Country Potatoes with Poached Eggs. It’s a simple and hearty meal that provides lots of energy for Cape Cod adventures. It’s very easy to make for your g-free friends and family at home. If you are tired of policing restaurant food, give yourself the gift of a few days without that stress — we will do it for you. And remember to read the reviews of our Inn on travel websites. So many of our guests mention how good the food is, we must be doing something right. Country Potatoes Ingredients: • 4 medium...

We are so excited to unveil our latest renovation, a new bedroom we call The Captain Baker Room!   Named after the sea captain who first built the home, Elisha Baker, The Captain Baker Room resembles plush captain’s quarters. This luxurious land oasis features a king bed fit for a captain, brass fixtures, and an enclosed glass rain shower. It also has a fully restored cast iron soaking tub perfect for after a long day of Cape Cod sightseeing.   On a hot summer night, turn up the AC and review all your vacation photos with our complimentary Wi-Fi. For our winter guests, turn on the gas fireplace and snuggle into the plush pillows and soft sheets.   The...

We at The Belvedere Inn are committed to being the best Green B&B on Cape Cod. Instead of telling you about all the ways we’re green, let’s show you! Below are some recent photos taken for our TripAdivsor Green Leader’s audit for which we were awarded Platinum, the highest possible level. As we have more photos we’ll add them here and to our Facebook page, which you can like here! We like combining vintage decor with energy efficient technology. Between our compost bin and Kanga the Belvedere bunny, very few kitchen scraps make it to the trash. We recycle everyt
